Usage is just as easy;
     You will start with one entry. To add new entries, just click the ADD
button.  Your can then enter in the name, phone number, and any 
comments you wish.  When the record is how you want it, click the SAVE
button.  Your entry is now saved.
     You can edit an entry by clicking on the entry you want to edit. You 
can then change any of the information you wish. Clicking the SAVE 
button will save any changes you made.
     Deleting an entry is done by clicking on the entry you wish to delete.
Then, clicking the DELETE button and confirming the action.
     Phone Book Pro will dial the number for you. Just click on the entry
you want and click on the DIAL button.  You can then click the OK button
to proceed dialing or click the CANCEL button to void the operation. 
When the number has been dialed, the OK button will turn into a 
PICK UP THE PHONE button.  When you see the new button, pick up the
phone and click the PICK UP THE PHONE button. However, clicking on the 
CANCEL button at this point does the same thing.  Clicking one of these 
buttons will tell the modem to hang-up and leave you on the phone.
